12:30 PM - Instruments to the Main Office Lobby to be loaded on the equipment truck.
(full name on each instrument)
4:30 PM - Performers report to the Tenney Upper School
4:40 PM - Bus leaves the Tenney (1 way trip - Parents will pick up from LeLacheur Park)
5:20 PM - Band arrives at the front of LeLacheur Park
5:30 PM - Unload the equipment truck & set up
5:45 PM - Warm up in front of UMass Lowell Campus Recreation Center
6:20 PM - Move to 3rd base gate
6:30 PM - Enter the field
6:35 PM - Perform the The National Anthem
6:45 PM - Exit field and return instruments to the truck to be secured for the game.
6:55 PM - Enter the stadium and enjoy the game.
9:45 PM - Approx. game end / Pick up instruments from the truck and parents take children home.
After the game - go to the band website and upload all the great photos and videos from the game!
