Mr. Fulks has been teaching in Methuen since 1997, where he began as a middle school choral director and general music teacher.  Beginning in 1999 he took over as Band Director for the Tenney Grammar School.  He has also worked at Boston College as a woodwind instructor for 13 years and seven years at UMass Lowell.  He is currently an Assistant Director for the UMass Lowell Symphonic Band Camp where he has worked since its beginning in 1997.
